Summary of Activities Performed in 2024

The previous year included some social programs aimed at uplifting our community:

1. Community Development Project

Date: Tuesday, 21 May 2024
Participants: 1000 Community members
Activities: Donation to upgrade the local church, blessing and feast celebrations.
Spend: 3,000 EUR (500 EUR for feast celebrations, 2,500 EUR/150,000MKD donation to the church)
Outcome: The presentation ceremony includes the country’s leading Cardinal to preside over the proceedings in the local church of Bogoslovec. The visit by a “Patriarch” of the Macedonian Church in the village of Bogoslovec was hailed as a significant event attended by the Mayor, local government and local community and included food.

Beneficiaries: 50 students engaged
Activities: Visits local educational visits to the wind farm site
- St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies
Spend: 200 eur
Outcome: The opportunity for hands-on teaching experience provided students with an excellent opportunity to observe in a real-world environment

Project 1:

Beneficiaries: Achieving no net loss
Activities: Coimpeneation planning in ccordinatoin with national Forestry program and Tree-planting campaign (3000 trees)
Spend: 38,000 EUR
Outcome: The Government of N.Macedonia in 2019 undertook the responsibility (as per law) to use the above funds of 38.000 eur for planting trees in the area

Total Spend 2024: 2,500 EUR

Building on the successes of last year, the following social programs for the upcoming year are planned :

Target: 100 Community members
Activities: Donation for the upgrade of the local church, support to annual feast celebrations.
Budget: 2,500 EUR

Objective: To educate and inspire students while observing operational wind farms and teaching the importance of net zero solutions.
Activities: Educational visits
Budget: 500 EUR

Project 1:

Project 2:

Focus: Protection of the Ovče Pole IBA and River Topolka – River Babuna – River Bregalnica IBA
Activities: Constructing feeding stations, nesting boxes, and/or platforms for bird species
Budget: 500 EUR
